Brandon + JessAnn were all set to be married in April of what has been by far the craziest year of any of our lives. 2020. However, Brandon, being an Army Ranger, was not allowed to have a wedding due to COVID restrictions from the military. JessAnn had already bought her dress and a good bit of decorations as well so we can’t even imagine how she must of felt when she heard this news.

They didn’t let that stop them from getting married though! They said screw you COVID and decided to go ahead and tie the knot at the courthouse in Savannah, GA. Since JessAnn already bought her dress and Brandon already had his tux, they still wanted to have an elopement style photo and video session both on Tybee Island beach and throughout downtown Savannah. So, we drove our SUPER EXCITED selves down to Savannah, GA and brought our golden lab puppy, Han, with us! If you haven’t taken your fur baby down to Savannah YOU NEED TO! It has to be the most pet friendly city we have ever been too! HECK, even the dollar general close to their house wanted him to come in and visit! LOL.

The Next Morning…

We woke up super early to go meet with Brandon + JessAnn at Tybee Island beach for a sunrise photo + video couples session that was to DIE FOR!! It was such a beautiful morning and I don’t think it could have been any more perfect besides the fact that since they didn’t get to have a wedding, they WROTE THEIR OWN SWEET VOWS to each other and said them on the beach!! COME ON GUYS! There is nothing better than waking up early and heading to the beach and telling each other hand written (in this case Iphone written) face to face with the birds and the ocean in the background! We can’t wait to tell you more about the Savannah session and show you how beautiful JessAnn looked in her dress!!!!
